Client charged with 3rd impaired driving offence in three years and facing minimum 4 month jail if Crown tendered notice to seek greater punishment. Crown agreed in light of the client’s now acknowledged alcoholism to agree to a “Bradley Order”, fining him and placing him on probation that focuses on treatment of his addiction.
