Graham Johnson

Graham joined the firm in 2005. He has a Law degree from the University of Alberta, and prior to that obtained a degree in Political Science from the University of Calgary. Graham became an associate partner with the firm January 1, 2011.

While in Law School, Graham was an active member of Student Legal Services of Edmonton, serving as caseworker, Executive Co-Ordinator and board member. He, together with other members of the firm, acts as a legal advisor to Student Legal Services. Graham is also an active member of the Criminal Trial Lawyers Assocation, and the criminal justice sub-section of the Canadian Bar Association.

Graham has developed a widely varied criminal trial practice involving everything from impaired driving cases to murder. In addition to his busy trial practice, Graham is an invaluable member of the firm's appeal's section, having conducted appeals in the Alberta Courts of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.
