Female client charged with second degree murder of husband who died in his shack which burned down. Client admitted she poured gas in small cabin with open flame present in bid to get him to stop drinking and leave the cabin. She then left the area. Deceased intoxicated at time and did not exit cabin before it caught on fire. Deceased had abused her for years. No prior record. Guilty plea entered to manslaughter, 1 year jail (minus 2 months time served) plus probation imposed.
