Mona Duckett

Mona lectures regularly for continuing legal education programs for lawyers, judges and police.  She teaches Advocacy as a sessional instructor at the University of Alberta Law School, and has previously taught Professional Responsibility and Advanced Criminal Law. She served for approximately 15 years as a member of the Faculty of the Federation of Canadian Law Societies, National Criminal Law Program. She has produced numerous criminal law papers over the course of her career. Mona is a co-author of two criminal law textbooks, The Trial of Sexual Offences (2010), and Witness Preparation, Presentation, and Assessment (2023).
