Client acquitted of impaired driving and driving over legal limit based on unreasonable search breach. Police called ambulance because of concern accused having heart problem which might be causing symptoms of impairment. Failure to confirm why ambulance released accused led to unsubstantiated assumption accused had no medical problem.
