The client was charged with serious allegations of sexual assault against his ex-spouse. The allegations were made after the client had filed for parenting time of the parties’ daughter. If convicted, the client would have faced numerous years in custody. After a week long jury trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict of not guilty and the client was acquitted.
