Drug trafficking case. Police initiated a motor vehicle stop following a tip that a particular vehicle was being used to traffic in cocaine. Large quantities of cash and some cocaine seized. Client was driver of the vehicle. Charges ultimately dismissed following client’s testimony at trial.
